One of the ways Altitude Digital drives the highest CPMs for our publishers is through our commitment to deliver the highest quality network for our advertisers. To that end, we maintain strict requirements for allowing new publishers into our network. Altitude Digital is "always" looking for high-quality content publishers to deliver high-level advertiser campaigns. Please read over the below criteria to see if you're qualified to become an Altitude Digital publisher.

Altitude Digital does not accept web sites that:

1. Produce, provide or link to:
   • adult content
   • sexual content
   • profane language
   • illegal drugs or related content
   • hate speech or hate graphic content
2. Engage in, promote or facilitate illegal or legally questionable activities such as pirating, hacking, spamming and infecting
3. Are hosted by a free service, are personal home pages, provide free URL redirection, or do not own the domain they are under
4. Are under construction
5. Sponsor "incentivized clicks," or “pay-to-surf" programs, or use resident desktop objects such as bars and window frames
6. Consist mostly of forums (chat, message boards, etc.)
7. Have an excessive amount of advertising
8. Distribute or promote spyware
9. Lack a Privacy Policy
10. Generate less than 10k page views per month

Ad Placement Requirements

1. Banner, Leaderboard, Skyscraper, and Wide Skyscraper creatives must be placed within 600 pixels of the top of the Webpage (above the page scroll/fold)
2. Advertising can only be placed on approved root URLs
3. Altitude Digital Pop-Under windows cannot be launched from websites that launch more than a total of two pop windows
