Yeager is the Chief Operating Officer at Altitude Digital. As the COO of Altitude Digital, Yeager’s main responsibilities include the company’s day-to-day operations which include the digital video and display advertising. He is also responsible for managing the company’s largest partners and clients. His specialties include ad operations and media buying. Yeager joined Altitude Digital when it was first launched in 2009 and has been instrumental in growing operations from five active websites to more than 450. Before joining the Altitude Digital team Yeager worked in operations management for UPS.
VP of Video Operations
In his role of VP of Video Operations, Salvador leads a team of developers who create remarkable products for the online ecosystem. Salvador is directly responsible for building a video and ad platform to help clients create and increase revenue. Salvador has extensive knowledge of the video advertising industry. Prior to his time with Altitude Digital, Salvador was the President of AM Sub 1. Salvador has nearly a decade of experience in building technologies for streaming media, managing live data flow, and monetizing live and on-demand content.
Director of Ad Operations
As Director of Ad Operations, Paczolt focuses on monetization and optimization of website inventory by negotiating deals with networks and agencies. Paczolt evaluates the best vertical networks to work with, while watching discrepancies, fill rates, eCPMs, and CTRs. Paczolt has spent the majority of her career working as a data analyst and optimization strategist. Paczolt has a strong comprehension of online advertising, online services, marketing, and company/product branding. Prior to joining the Altitude Digital executive team, Paczolt had a wide range of experience with new business development, account management, and ad operations.
Director of Sales
Ryan Gombeski, in his role as Director of Sales, provides leadership and guidance in the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s goals. He is responsible for navigating strategic partnerships, business development, lead generation, account management, and on-boarding new employees. Prior to his time at Altitude Digital, Ryan helped open the Colorado market for Living Social and also worked for Crocs.
As Head Developer, Warren reports UI data and focuses on driving directions to major sites. Before Mark joined the Altitude Digital team he spent the better part of the decade working as Lead Developer for Freedom Commutations building major systems in and out of house. Warren also spent time working for Goldman Sachs where he focused on developing front end websites.
Director of Syndication
As Director of Syndication, Allen works on a specific division of Visualtising. His objective is to build a video syndication unit and products. Allen is responsible for building a hybrid content management and distribution platform that ingests, manages and assigns content to a configurable playlist. Before joining the Altitude Digital/Visualtising team, Allen was the Co-Founder of a number of wireless companies. He has more than a decade of experience delivering wireless content to international markets, start-up experience from concept to market penetration and funding, involving all facets of the company.
PR & Marketing Manager
Nadia Gedeon is the PR & Marketing Manager for Altitude Digital. In her role, Gedeon is responsible for creating a marketing and PR program that will communicate Altitude Digital’s mission and business goals for assigned service lines, which include media outreach, website and social media management, collateral development, company events and community sponsorships. Prior to joining Altitude Digital’s staff in 2012, the former television journalist worked for Denver’s top-rated NBC affiliate, KUSA 9NEWS. Eager to share her talents and resources with others, Gedeon frequently lends her time to speaking on various panels and workshops geared towards young people and public relations professionals.
VP of Business Development
Tom Ferguson is responsible for growing the Altitude Digital publisher partnerships for their online, mobile and video advertising needs. Prior to joining Altitude Digital’s team in San Francisco, Ferguson was director of business development for the mobile advertising network Mojiva. At Mojiva, he was responsible for securing partnerships with mobile web publishers and APP Developers for the Mojiva network. Previously, Ferguson spent close to five years as the publisher development director at adBrite, formally the largest independent exchange. He joins our team with more than 10 years of advertising, sales and business development experience. Ferguson will play an integral role in the growth and overall strategy for Altitude Digital.
East Coast Director of Sales
Reid Mitnick is responsible for selling and building relationships with brand and direct advertisers, ad agencies, networks and programmatic buyers. Prior to joining Altitude Digital in February 2013, Mitnick was the national sales director at adBrite, formally the largest independent exchange. He worked at adBrite for 12 years selling digital advertising. In addition to his experience at adBrite, Mitnick was one of the original digital sales executives for World Wrestling Entertainment, focusing on interactive sponsorships. He has managed sales for Travel Spike and built an email-marketing network focused on travel for Venture Direct.
